Return and refund policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need help with an order, contact us at matthewhuo12@gmail.com. Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at matthewhuo12@gmail.com with your order number. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and help make it right. Refunds After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty tools may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
